Wisdom and Rebirth

Body on Earth – Wisdom and Rebirth is an immersive retreat for those who feel the call to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the innate intelligence of the body. Rooted in somatic wisdom and ancestral practices, this retreat invites you into a process of remembrance: remembering your body, your truth, and your capacity to renew yourself from the inside out.

Through deep somatic work, psychosomatic dance therapy, conscious breathwork, and ceremonial spaces, we explore how wisdom is not something to be learned, but something to be embodied. Each practice is designed to gently guide you out of habitual patterns and into a more authentic, grounded relationship with yourself.

Rebirth does not mean becoming someone new. It means shedding what no longer serves, integrating past experiences, and allowing your nervous system, emotions, and body to reorganize in a way that supports vitality, clarity, and inner freedom. This retreat offers a safe and contained space to meet old wounds with compassion, to move stored trauma through the body, and to open to new ways of being present in your life.

Held in an intimate setting and guided by experienced trauma-informed facilitators, Body on Earth – Wisdom and Rebirth honors both the individual journey and the collective field. Limited group size allows for personalized support, depth, and attuned guidance throughout the process.

This retreat is for those who feel ready to listen to the body’s wisdom, to reconnect with the earth beneath their feet, and to step into the next chapter of their life with clarity, groundedness, and embodied presence.

You’ve already done deep personal work
(medicine, therapy, somatics, spiritual practice, loss, rupture, initiation)

You are no longer seeking catharsis or constant breakthrough

You feel a quiet readiness to step into embodied leadership

You can be in silence without dissociating or performing

You are curious about aliveness, not intensity

You value maturity, humor, and grounded presence

You are willing to be in community without fixing, saving, or collapsing

You sense that leadership now asks responsibility, not expansion

Alchemy is designed as an immersive, relational experience for those already grounded in their own process.
To support clarity and alignment, it’s important to name what this experience is not intended to be.

This is not a healing retreat focused on resolving acute issues or processing unresolved trauma

This is not a training or certification program

This is not a therapeutic container or substitute for clinical care

This is not an entry-level experience for those new to deep inner work

This is not structured around peak experiences or constant activation

Alchemy is oriented toward integration, presence, and embodied leadership — not intervention or instruction.
