40-HOUR BREATHWORK FACILITATOR TRAINING
From Embodiment to Facilitation
Nosara, Costa Rica
7-Day Intensive Training
Breathwork is not simply a technique.
Facilitation begins with the capacity to be present — with yourself, with another human being, and with what emerges when the breath begins to move what words cannot reach.
This 40-hour intensive training is an experiential and professional immersion into the art of Breathwork Facilitation.
Over seven days, we move from personal embodiment into professional practice — exploring the physiology of breath, somatic awareness, nervous-system responses, emotional processes, relational presence and the practical skills required to facilitate breathwork safely and responsibly.
You will not only learn how to guide the breath.
You will learn how to observe, track, attune and respond.
THE TRAINING INCLUDES
Breathwork Foundations & Physiology
Understanding conscious connected breathing, respiratory patterns, activation and regulation.
Somatic & Nervous-System Awareness
Learning to recognize and work with bodily responses, emotional activation, resistance and regulation.
Rebirthing Breathwork
Foundations and principles of Rebirthing Breathwork and its application within individual sessions.
The Art of Facilitation
Presence, attunement, observation, communication, boundaries and responsible space holding.
Bodywork & Somatic Integration
Working with the body as part of the breathwork process and supporting integration beyond the breath itself.
Safety, Contraindications & Ethics
Screening, recognizing contraindications, professional boundaries and knowing when breathwork is — and is not — appropriate.
Experiential Self-Exploration
You will experience the work yourself. Embodiment is an essential part of learning to facilitate it.
Supervised Facilitation Practice
Students move progressively into the facilitator role, working directly with one another under supervision.
Practical Assessment
The training concludes with an assessment of the student's understanding and practical facilitation skills.
THIS TRAINING IS FOR YOU IF…
…you want to work with breath beyond scripts and techniques.
…you want to understand what is happening in the body and nervous system, rather than simply leading someone through a breathing pattern.
…you want to develop the capacity to stay present with intensity, emotion, resistance and silence.
…you want to facilitate individual breathwork sessions with greater confidence, awareness and responsibility.
…you understand that becoming a facilitator begins with your own embodiment.
THIS IS NOT
A weekend certification.

A promise that completing a course automatically makes someone ready to hold every process.
This is an intensive professional training requiring active participation, personal responsibility and mental and physical health.
