Breathwork Alchemy - Facilitator Training

Breathwork Alchemy

40-Hour Facilitator Training: Somatic Breathwork + 1:1 Practitioner Foundations

Train the body that holds the work. Not just the technique that delivers it.

This 40-hour immersive training is designed for those who feel called to guide others through breath—but understand that true facilitation begins with presence, regulation, and embodied skill.

Alchemy Breathwork is a practitioner-focused training that bridges somatic breathwork, hands-on bodywork foundations, and relational attunement to prepare you to confidently offer 1:1 sessions.

This is not a performance-based model.

This is not script-led facilitation.

This is the work of becoming a regulated, perceptive, and skilled practitioner.

What This Training Is

A hands-on, experiential training grounded in:

-       Somatic Breathwork for nervous system repatterning

-       Rebirthing Breathwork for emotional release, subconscious patterning, and breath continuity

-       Bodywork Foundations to support integration through touch

-       Belly 2 Belly Relational Work for attunement and co-regulation

-       Practitioner Conditioning to build resilience and clarity

-       Supervised Practicum to prepare you to confidently work 1:1

-       You won’t just learn how to guide breathwork.

-       You will learn how to track patterns, work with activation, and respond in real time.

Core Training Pillars

Co-regulation and energetic listening

Moving from “doing” to being

4. Practitioner Conditioning

Building capacity to stay present in complex sessions

Boundaries, ethics, and clean facilitation

5. Practicum + Integration

Real-time facilitation with support

Structuring a 1:1 session from intake to integration

-       Increased capacity to stay present, grounded, and responsive

-       A clear framework for offering sessions in a way that is ethical, attuned, and effective

The Difference

Most trainings teach you what to say.

This training prepares you for what actually happens.

Because when someone is in front of you—breathing, opening, unraveling—

your capacity matters more than your script.

If you feel the call to step into this work—not just as a technique, but as a way of being—ready to hold others in depth, in breath, and in responsibility, we invite you to connect with us through our website.

We are excited to have you.

Your hosts:

Natalie Arachnani:

“I am a dancer, a woman, deeply human. I cherish touch and connection at all levels. Dancing with the wind, swimming in water, raw with fire—I am wild yet sensitive, known as Cat’s Eye, embodying softness and fluidity”.

Natalie is an explorer of human essence. She is a somatic teacher, a certified somatic educator for women and a certified trauma therapist.

Natalie got initiated in sacred medicines and is also a certified breathwork facilitator.

She teaches women about menstruation cycle wisdom, misogyny and sick imprints of patriarchal spirituality.

She is an activist of discovering the meaning of being human, drops down words and trusts in the wisdom of body language.

She graduated with well-known teachers and is dedicated to shame and shadow work.

Her approach is letting the body, the soma talk, in connection with other beings, tantric elements, nakedness and conscious relating.

Natalie is a keeper for sacred medicines for many years, dedicated to create safe spaces.

She facilitates retreats internationally.

Ashley Ludman:

Ashley is a breathwork teacher, somatic practitioner, and facilitator with over two decades of experience guiding individuals and groups through embodied inquiry, nervous system regulation, and integrative healing. Her work is grounded, relational, and rooted in lived experience rather than ideology.

Ash is the founder of The Body of Breath, an online and in-person practice space devoted to breathwork, embodiment, and conscious living. She is also the Global Outreach Coordinator for the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA) and has been training breathwork facilitators internationally since 2012.

Her approach emphasizes responsibility, integration, and accessibility—supporting people in learning how to live what they know rather than chasing peak experiences.

Ash’s work is informed by years of study in breathwork, bodywork, trauma-informed practice, and psychedelic integration, as well as her background in movement and therapeutic touch.

At the heart of her teaching is a commitment to presence, ethical facilitation, and the cultivation of sustainable, embodied leadership—both in personal practice and in community.
