Softening Into Connection
Bobinsana & Sacred Plant Ceremonies

A gentle, heart-opening path into emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner connection.

At the heart of our work lies Bobinsana — a sacred Amazonian plant medicine known as the plant of the heart.

Unlike more intense medicines, Bobinsana works subtly, guiding you into emotional release, inner softness, and a deeper connection to yourself.

This is not about intensity.
It is about feeling — safely, gently, and with awareness.

For those who feel ready, we may combine Bobinsana with Psilocybin to deepen the journey.

This allows for a more profound exploration — while remaining grounded, supported, and integrated.

  • Bobinsana

Bobinsana (Calliandra angustifolia) is a traditional Amazonian plant medicine, used for generations in the healing traditions of Peru. It is often referred to as the “plant of the heart”—gentle, opening, and deeply connective.

Unlike more intense plant medicines, Bobinsana works in a subtle yet profound way. It invites a softening of the inner world, supporting the release of emotional tension and guiding us back into connection with ourselves.

    Bobinsana can support:

    • gentle release of emotional blockages
    • nervous system regulation
    • reconnection to trust, openness, and softness
    • access to compassion and self-love
    • enhanced intuition and creativity

Bobinsana invites a return to your natural state —where healing unfolds through presence, not force.

  • Blue Lotus (Nymphea caerulea)

Known as the Sacred Lily of the Nile, the Blue Lotus has enchanted humanity from ancient Egyptian pharaohs to modern seekers. Revered for its divine essence, this flower works directly on the nervous system, easing agitation, fear, and anxiety, allowing for a peaceful exploration of deep emotions. Rich in apomorphine and nuciferine, it encourages a joyful release and a profound sense of connection to all that is.

  • Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata)

Native to the southeastern United States and Central and South America, Passionflower is a traditional remedy employed by Native Americans as a sedative and calming agent. It’s particularly effective in treating anxiety, insomnia, and nervous disorders, providing a gentle soothing effect that prepares the mind and body for deeper therapeutic work.

  • Green Tea (Camellia sinensis)

Beyond its common enjoyment as a beverage, Green Tea is steeped in a history of medicinal use, particularly in ancient China. The amino acid L-Theanine in green tea is known for its ability to enhance focus, reduce stress, and promote a harmonious balance of body chemistry. It enhances serotonin and dopamine levels while lowering cortisol, providing a foundation of calm and clarity.
